Depending on your choice of either 1/4, 1/2, or whole, we will provide an estimated hanging weight and cost. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining 50% due at pick-up. The final amount owed will be determined by the animal's hanging weight, ensuring you only pay for what you receive.
Hanging weight refers to the weight of the animal after slaughter and dressing, where the hide, head, hooves, blood, and most internal organs are removed.
