We sell products to restaurants, retailers, and individual consumers where applicable.
3. Processing & Handling
All animals raised by Wild Plains Yaks are processed at a federally or state-inspected processing facility. We do not perform slaughtering or processing ourselves.
Processing, packaging, labeling, and inspection standards are the responsibility of the processing facility.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because our products are agricultural in nature:
• Supply may be seasonal or limited
• Cut sizes and weights may vary
• Substitutions may occur with customer approval
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
5. Pricing
Prices are subject to change with notice due to market conditions, feed costs, processing costs, and supply availability.
Quoted prices are valid only for the timeframe specified.
6. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree to:
• Provide accurate billing and contact information
• Pay all charges associated with your order
• Comply with agreed pickup or delivery terms
Late payments may result in order delays or cancellation.
7. Pickup, Delivery & Storage
Customers are responsible for:
• Timely pickup of orders
• Maintaining proper refrigeration or freezing
• Safe transport and storage after transfer of possession
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup or delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
• All sales are generally final
• Concerns must be reported within 24 hours
• Refunds or replacements are evaluated case-by-case
Photographic documentation may be required.
9. Wholesale & Restaurant Accounts
Wholesale customers agree to:
• Follow applicable food safety regulations
• Store and handle products properly
• Not resell products under misleading branding
Separate agreements may apply.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Misuse website content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use content without permission

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
